1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PixClean ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PixClean provides AI-powered image cleanup services, including watermark removal from product photos. The service is intended for images you own or have authorization to modify.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Only upload images you own or have explicit permission to modify
• Not use the service to remove copyright notices or watermarks from images you do not have rights to modify
• Not attempt to overload or disrupt the service
• Not resell or redistribute the service without authorization

4. Account & Billing

Free accounts receive 1 image cleanup credit. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. Credits do not roll over between months. Purchased credit packs do not expire.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the images you upload. We do not claim ownership of your content. Processed images are provided to you for your use.

The Service itself, including its design, code, and AI models, is owned and operated by PixClean.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data or business interruption.

We do not guarantee that AI-processed results will meet your specific requirements or be free of artifacts.

7. Data Retention

Uploaded images and processed results are automatically deleted within 24 hours. Account information is retained as long as your account is active.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
